These terms govern your use of Hot Hands, operated by Mobi Network Designs Inc. ("MobiNet", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Hot Hands account. Roster entries for players under 18 are entered by a team's coaching staff — players themselves don't hold accounts or use the app directly.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
New teams start with a 30-day free trial. After the trial ends, continued access requires an active paid subscription, billed through Square. You can view your billing history and cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page.
Refunds are handled case by case. Canceling a subscription stops future billing but doesn't automatically refund the current billing period.
You agree not to:
Roster, schedule, and game data you enter belongs to your team. We don't claim ownership of it — we store and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can delete your own account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, or a team's access if its subscription lapses and isn't renewed within a reasonable grace period.
Hot Hands is provided "as is." We work to keep the service reliable, including offline support for patchy arena wifi, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, MobiNet isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Hot Hands will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
